I been using priory tire for years and this was tha first bad experience I had I ordered a tire 245/30r20 I got I received it was the wrong size they so I sent it back they responded and sent me a replacement in which they sent me wrong tire again f this was week 2 so I sent another email and then they sent me supposedly a label to sent tha tire back again but unfortunately I couldn’t print it off so finally after two days if calling and waiting for a hr to speak to someone they just sent FedEx up here to pick up tha tire now it’s week 3 so u call to let them know the tire was picked up so they can once again send me my tire that I ordered and paid for !!! Now I asked to speak to a supervisor in which I was told no basically. Or a supervisor can’t help with this situation so I asked well for my inconvenience if I ordered another tire now could I possible get at least a 50% discount for my trouble and they fact I’m waiting a whole month for 1 tire from a mistake that they did not once but twice plus couldn’t even send me a label that I could print off to send it back he said tha best they can offer me is 5% for there mess up so I said basically I said y’all do t appreciate my bussiness cause they can take my money but I have to suffer for there mistake it’s just was bad customer service I am not happy with tha service I recieved and there should’ve been more compensation offered then 5% for there misatakes I run a bussiness my self and tha bussiness is responsible for their mishaps!!!!!

Bought 4 tires accelera 265/40/20 complete junk out of round filed a warranty claim denied it so i have 4 almost new junk tires in my garage get your tires somewhere else with a good warranty as there warranty is no warranty we got paid sorry about your luck
